A scheduled visual inspection of a vacant or seasonally occupied home. We walk the interior and exterior looking for water intrusion, mold, pests, storm damage, HVAC failure and security problems — then document everything with timestamped photos.

Storm readiness is checked year round, not in June. When a storm is named we close the house down, and once conditions are safe we are back on the property with a camera.
