About Us
A local first responder watching over your home
HomeCrew LLC was founded by Ben McCabe, a career first responder with nearly a decade of service protecting families and property across the Treasure Coast. As a husband and father of two, he knows how much peace of mind matters when you are away from home.
We do not just check boxes. We walk the property with the trained eye of someone who has spent years spotting problems before they become emergencies — then document everything so you know your home is in good hands.

Leadership
Sales, marketing & finance
Originally from San Diego, Robert Sullivan relocated to Stuart, Florida, where he built his career in the financial sector. With a Master’s degree in Finance and professional experience in investment banking across the energy sector, Robert brings a strong background in financial strategy, business development, and long-term growth planning to HomeCrew.
At HomeCrew, Robert oversees sales, marketing, and financial operations, helping guide the company’s growth while ensuring we remain financially disciplined and focused on delivering exceptional service. His combination of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship-building plays an important role in HomeCrew’s mission to become Florida’s premier home watch and concierge company.
For customers, that means transparent pricing, reliable scheduling, and a team that treats your home with the same care and accountability we would expect for our own.

How It Works
From the first walkthrough onward
No contract to sign before anyone has seen the house. The walkthrough is free and takes about an hour.
- 01
The walkthrough
We walk the property with you, or on your behalf if you have already gone north. We find the water shutoff, the panel, the lock box, which code opens which gate, and the things you actually worry about. It takes about an hour and costs nothing.
- 02
The schedule
We recommend an interval based on how long the house sits empty and what your insurer expects. Weekly is the most common choice for a summer absence. You are not locked into it — the schedule moves when your travel does.
- 03
Access on file
Gate codes, lock box combinations, alarm codes and the location of the water shutoff go into the crew system, not into a group text. They are readable by active crew only, hidden until tapped, and never printed into a report.
- 04
Every visit
The same twenty five checks in the same order, cleared in the field. Anything flagged gets a photo and a written note attached to that specific line, while the technician is still standing in front of it.
- 05
The report
In your inbox after every visit: the score, each system scored separately, the photos, the attention items and the recommended actions, with arrival and departure times and the name of the person who walked it.
- 06
When something is wrong
You get a phone call, not a line in a document you might read on Sunday. If it needs a vendor we coordinate one and stay on site while they work.
